What is Reiki? 

Reiki is a japanese technique of relaxation and revitalisation. It is energy practice that supports your natural ability to heal, restore balance, and find inner clarity.

It brings you into a state of deep rest — where tension melts, the mind softens, and your energy can flow freely again.

    Reiki helps you:
  • calm stress, overwhelm and anxiety
  • reconnect with your body's signals
  • release emotional or energetic blockages
  • find inner peace and mental clarity
  • support physical and emotional healing
  • feel more grounded, centered, and present.


Reiki is a practice of presence.

A moment of pause in a world that rarely stops.

How a session works

Each session begins with a short conversation to understand what you need — grounding, support, clarity, or simple rest.

You then lie comfortably, fully clothed, under a warm blanket. I place my hands gently over or above your body, following a pre-defined protocol, allowing the energy to flow where it is most needed.

    During a session, you may experience:
  • gentle warmth
  • deep relaxation
  • emotional release
  • tingling or light waves of energy
  • images, colors, or inner insights
  • or simply a peaceful stillness. There is no right or wrong experience — your body leads the way.

You can choose to begin your Reiki session with a small, heart-opening cacao ritual.Cacao helps soften emotional tension, bring warmth to the heart, and deepen your ability to receive the healing energy.

After your session

After every session, we take a few minutes to integrate your experience.You're welcome to share what came up, ask questions, or simply rest in the calm that follows.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, more centered, gently renewed.

This soft integration is part of the healing.
